After previously serving as the San Juan ATM, MidCarib FIR Chief, and Hit Squad Director, Israel Reyes has been appointed Training Director! This crucial staff promotion positions the Division to increase training standards and align on several exciting initiatives in the works. Such work is not a one-man job. Hence, Israel has appointed a Deputy Training Director, Sean Fox! Sean is a network supervisor and the Training Administrator of Nassau. In this new role, he will prove essential in the development of the FAA related training that takes place in several FIRs of VATCAR. His role will also help to expedite new training documents that need to be developed. Together this duo will be undertaking one of the largest training transformations that VATCAR has ever done. Training, being one of the fundamental services of a division, is in good hands with such capable leaders! Congratulations Gentlemen!
