Audio Quality Reduced in my PC

Hi everybody

I have a problem, i bought a new pair of the beauty plantronics supra plus headsets to control in the network. When i open VRC or EuroScope reduces the sound quality of the headset and sounds bad.

Can someone give me a hand with that, thank you
