MAny of you will already know Tom, as he has worked behind the scenes of our training department with great success for quite some time, mainly giving great [Mod - Happy Thoughts]istance to new and emerging vACC´s in VATEUD. I can think of no one being better qualified for this job. Tom will continue to put his focus on vACC support, and he will continue to review manual exams in Eurotest.
