Anyhow I don’t see any harm if the solo validation list is posted in the VATSIM forums it would actually be quite easy for staffs & supervisors to find the updated roster data. But even on a local website it would be visible to all - no difference to the forums at all. Probably it would be safer to display them here at forums in a thread that can ONLY be seen when being logged in to the forums. Otherwise, a compromise would be to list the VATSIM IDs instead of the controller names, should someone be worried to death about data protection. At VATSIM Germany it looks like this: https://vatsim-germany.org/controllers/atd/solos Obviously, the underlying problem here is that this part of VATSIM does not have a website to show those solo validations, yet. Give them some slack, we do not need to be over-correct, please! So what you saying is that as the Division Director for VATMENA its okay to amend the GRP to benefit your technical issues. ? The forums isnt your facility site. A supervisor would think last to go to the forums wouldn't you say ? The list maybe helpful but as a supervisor myself i wouldn't seek the forums as the official source of solo validations as under 4.5 (a) 2 and 4.5 (b) 2 states Be clearly listed on the local facility's website, detailing the member's name, VATSIM ID and the position(s) that they are validated on, and so isnt the expectation to be on the facility site such as a vacc / artcc or division and not the forums ? GRP §4.5(a)(1): [A solo endorsement shall] be clearly listed on the local facility's website, detailing the member's name, VATSIM ID and the position(s) that they are validated on [...] ============= @Kwabena Adaakwa If you are able, get your web director to make a page on your website, as that is technically the only place that solo endorsement are valid. However, until you can do that, in order to not cause any inconvenience for the students affected, you can post it here in the meantime if you update the post to include the members' CID's, and the date the solo endorsement is valid to. If you're having any problems accessing your website or in any other way cannot make the solo endorsement page, let me know and I will see if I have a solution for you.
