Nepal vACC Shortened as (ACCNPL) is recruiting ACCNPL3 - ATC Training Director

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Responsible to look after all the day to day operation of ATC-Training within Nepal vACC;
• Ensure all the ATC training operations are meet with high standard set by the vACC/Division/region;
• Develops and maintains all operational material, training guidelines and policies for ATC Training with vACC & Division approval and ensures compliance with the outline requirements stated within the VATSIM Global Rating Policy;
• Reply to support ticket (in VATWA HQ) on regular basis;
• Endorse visiting controller member's for Approval with established procedure;
• Appoints Mentors as required and sends a letter of recommendation for Instructors to the vACC Director and VATWA3 for approval;

Preferred Candidates will have 

• Minimum of S3 rating, C1 or higher rating will be considered as bonus.
• Actively serving to ATC Tainting department.
• Demonstrate Good leadership, planning & managerial skill & is able to work within a team.
• Any past experience as a ATC trainer or mentor in any Division/vACC within  VATSIM Network will be considered as bonus.
• Demonstrate  a great knowledge & understanding of local policies and VATSIM policies such as CoC/CoR/Privacy/Safeguarding Minors/gdpr.
• Clean VATSIM record in last 1 year
• Motivation to contribute to the improvement of the overall standard of the Nepal vACC;

Successful Candidate Duties' 

• Able to commit at least 1 year & 4 hours a week;
• Must be a member of West Asia division & Nepal vACC or willing to transfer if selected;
• Reports directly to ACCNPL1,ACCNPL2 & VATWA3;
• Perform all the Responsibilities & Duties where required ;

• Letter of intention detailing why you want to be the future vACC ATC Training Director, Your plans for the position, any ideas you might have or suggestions that could benefit the vACC and the ATC training
