vPilot low mic volume

Hi guys. 
I’ve a problem with the mic config in vPilot, it detects my mic but is too low, I configured the mic volume slider to +18 but nothing happens. 

The blue zone in the calibration menu moves just a bit only when I talk too loud directly to the mic

My mic is working well because I use it in other apps and I have no problem

(I configured the sound control panel to not allow the apps have control on the mic. I’ve w10)

Anyone knows what could be the problem?
