Anyway, I rigged up a plane that I will solely use for Tower View, and changed the CFG as the Manual said. Only prob is, the plane tilts. Paul O'Donnell 969350 Posted December 17, 2006 at 01:29 AM Posted December 17, 2006 at 01:29 AM Instead of using an aircraft, I downloaded ATC Tower from flightsim.com. It works quite well, the only problem was I had to enable the "slew" button and slew it into place, but once I had it in place I just saved it so I could load it up in the same position quite easily. For the C172, you would want this as the first contact point: point.0 = 1, 0.90, 0.00, -4.01, 1500, 0, 0.5, 22.0, 0.25,2.5, 0.7, 0.0, 0.0, 0 The fourth parameter for the first contact point determines how far below the center of gravity the nose gear is. You used -3.33, which is not far enough down ... needs to be -4.01. That's why it sits nose-low. Change it to the line above and it'll be fine.
