Darren Nolan 928716 Posted December 18, 2006 at 10:13 PM Posted December 18, 2006 at 10:13 PM Hello, Recently I was on ASA208 from KSFO-MMZH (zihuatanejo, Mexico) and I must say it was the best approach and landing I have ever experienced. We came in very low, the runway was clearly visible out the left window, we made a sharp turn and were on the ground 45 seconds later. I was wondering if there is anywhere I can find the approach plates (SID/STAR) to MMZH. If anybody has any ideas I would really appreciate it. Thanks! Mark McCoy 823112 Posted January 31, 2007 at 11:13 PM Posted January 31, 2007 at 11:13 PM This is about a month old, but it's asked quite often and deserves a reply. Mexico is a pretty tough place to get charts. If you can't find them at www.vatmex.org in the charts section, I highly recommend you drop a few dollars on a product called Simcharts -- just about every airport has charts in the Simcharts database, as detailed as the FAA charts publicly available. Carlos Perea 934840 Posted February 2, 2007 at 09:30 PM Posted February 2, 2007 at 09:30 PM There's also Navigraph[/i], but they have a limited selection of Latin American airports and I'm not entirely sure if MMZH is avaliable for purchase.
