Invalid CID/Password after 24hrs

Hi everyone,

my vatsim ID is : 1570865

I can't connect to VATSIM, I keep receiving the error:

18:20:57] Network error: Invalid CID/password
[18:20:58] Error connecting to voice server: Connect failed (Forbidden - )
[18:20:59] Disconnected from network.

 

I waited 24 hours since creating the account on VATSIM and I tried typing the username and password without any luck. I also have passed the New Member orientation test.

If this additional info can help, on VATSIM is still showing like I need to complete the orientation course as you can see. Also I can't reset my password because an error page shows up after I click on the reset link. And finally, I can't even open a ticket because of some error. 
I'm uploading the images as well.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
