Adam Grunes Posted August 7, 2021 at 06:59 AM Posted August 7, 2021 at 06:59 AM I have this issue where when I try to resize the windows for veram once they get a certain size/I move the windows around too much it seems to just crash. Nothing saves or anything. I've already tried to uninstall the application and delete %localappdata%/veram. Attached are the event viewer reports of when veram crashes. I am also running the updated and prefered .net not sure why it says it is outdated. I tried to update it and it says I have the current version. Ross Carlson Posted August 7, 2021 at 03:27 PM Posted August 7, 2021 at 03:27 PM What are you referring to when you say that it says .net is outdated? Developer: vPilot, VRC, vSTARS, vERAM, VAT-Spy Senior Controller, Boston Virtual ARTCC

Ross Carlson Posted August 7, 2021 at 07:50 PM Posted August 7, 2021 at 07:50 PM That's the correct version number for any of the 4.x versions. It's confusing, I know, but it's right. Adam Grunes Posted August 7, 2021 at 08:02 PM Author Posted August 7, 2021 at 08:02 PM huh... Any other thoughts as to what might be the issue?
Ross Carlson Posted August 8, 2021 at 05:14 AM Posted August 8, 2021 at 05:14 AM No idea ... haven't had any similar reports. What's interesting is that the faulting module name is "unknown". Usually that's the first place I look to see if the crash is in the vERAM code, or in the .NET code, or in operating system code. Adam Grunes Posted August 13, 2021 at 12:15 AM Author Posted August 13, 2021 at 12:15 AM Alright I might just try and re-install it a couple times and a couple different files. Otherwise I might just try and re-boot.
