Also make sure there is no space letter in your password if you copy paste it. That usually fixes the issue. Also make sure if you are able to login into your account online to ensure the cid/pw is correct: https://stats.vatsim.net/ And if you are a new member, give the system 12-24 hours before you login. It can take some time.
