Anyone who joined before the requirement went into effect was "grandfathered", and does not require the course/exam. Your account is active; you are welcome to connect whenever you like. You used it to reset your password, and it was included in the email you received showing your CID and password... If you need further assistance, you may visit support.vatsim.net.
