Ben Abes 938374 Posted December 27, 2006 at 06:05 PM Posted December 27, 2006 at 06:05 PM After you download XSB, uncompress the .sit file. You'll find a folder inside that says "for plugins folder" -- and all of these files must be moved to the X-Plane plugins folder. I think it's under X-Plane:Resources. Ben Abes 938374 Posted December 31, 2006 at 11:09 PM Posted December 31, 2006 at 11:09 PM This is the correct file: http://downloads.xsquawkbox.net/xsb_mac_vatsim_100.sit Not sure if you have that or not. When you uncompress it, you should see the folder with all of the files in it. You can connect to any of them Matt www.vatsim.net/prc

How do I fly out of my home airport North East Philadelphia (KPNE ) when "whos on line" has only Bos- ctr., NYC-ctr, or wash ct. I've tried contacting KPNE, atis works for local but no contact dialing gnd, twr,or pretaxie clr. ? When I call up Bos,NYC,WASH I do get response. Do I ask Bos ctr. for clearence at KPNE !? Bob Winkler Hi Bob, While I primarily control in Canada, I'm sure the procedures don't vary too much from region to region in this aspect, so I'll give it a shot From what I've gathered, KPNE is in Washington airspace. If you don't see a local controller on (Like Ground, or Tower) then you can call Washington Center for IFR clearance. While it is OK to ask if you're within Boston or New York's control, don't anticipate on receiving any service from them unless you're starting out at an airport in their airspace, or you'll be flying into their airspace. Let me know if this helps at all. Matt www.vatsim.net/prc
