Do you know where are those events posted? thanks.
Torben Andersen Posted August 21, 2021 at 06:58 AM Posted August 21, 2021 at 06:58 AM (edited) I don't know if there is a central place for announcing these events, except locally. So I think you'll need to look at some local vatsim area. In Scandinavia we had a First Flight event last Saturday between EKBI (Billund, Denmark) and EVRA (Riga, Latvia). Tim Fountain Posted October 30, 2021 at 11:37 PM Posted October 30, 2021 at 11:37 PM I see there is a First Wings event in Europe on 8 November. Link for anyone interested Unfortunately, late Sunday European time is almost time to start work Monday over here (Australia). Are there any Asia-Pacific time friendly First Wings events coming up? Andre Almeida Posted October 31, 2021 at 11:48 PM Posted October 31, 2021 at 11:48 PM (edited) Yep, that one was last year. Right now there isn't one scheduled, but something more permanent then an occasional event is being planned, including for timezones that aren't America/Europe. I hope to be able to share some details on it soon. Edited October 31, 2021 at 11:49 PM by Andre Almeida

John McMurdo Posted November 4, 2021 at 06:30 PM Posted November 4, 2021 at 06:30 PM I have had several hours experience on the server, but I still consider myself a beginner, still get nervous, still make mistakes. Would I still be able to join a first wings event even though its not my first time?
