Integrate AFV into Moscow FIR plugin for ES

Good day everyone!

Vatrus Moscow FIR needs to access AFV windows messages to obtain transmitting pilots. It is enough easy by using "RDFHiddenWindow" window class. But the problem is that it has been already taken by TopSky plugin. Current solution is to establish windows hook on current created by TopSky window. But we are interesting in own window class to perform mentioned task. 

Is it possible? If so, who should I contact? Thank you in advance.
