@MIGUEL TAYKO https://vatphil.com/charts literally just lists Philippines AIP charts that are freely available on the internet for anyone to download. What exactly is the part you have done? Do you even have permission from the CAA of Philippines to reupload them on your own website?

Hello @Christian Kovanen,

The Facilities Department is still working on measures to ensure free and easy access to charts and aeronautical documents for those who want to fly in our airspace without having to login on a different provider/client. We constantly update the charts and other information that is relevant and useful in this kind of setup. We've initiated this program to enable us to facilitate the efficiency, effectiveness, and execution of our mandate since most of the charts are from 2015 and later. Furthermore, according to AIS (Aeronautical Information Services) of CAA Philippines Amended (No.6) Regulations, it states that:

     III. Applicability
     The regulations embodied herein shall apply to all those involved in flight operations, including flight crews, flight planning and flight simulators, and the air traffic services units responsible for flight information services and the services responsible for pre-flight information

       15.2.2.1
       An AIS shall ensure that aeronautical data and aeronautical information necessary for the safety, regularity and efficiency of air navigation are made available in a form suitable for the operational requirements of the air traffic management (ATM) community, including:

       a) those involved in flight operations, including flight crews, flight planning and flight simulators; and
        b) the ATS unit responsible for flight information service and the services responsible for pre-flight information.
