In following link you can read how to create access to PRC and a list what PRC include Announcement: VATSIM Pilot Resource Center (PRC) http://forums.vatsim.net/viewtopic.php?t=137 Follow the PRC "VATSIM Software Setup" with care, and you probably will not have any problem.
