[VACANCY] Jordan vACC Deputy Director (ACCJO2)

Jordan vACC is accepting application for the vACC Deputy Director position! 

We are looking for a member that is committed, team player, calm under pressure, as well as having the expertise to support the management and oversight of the Jordan vACC on a daily basis. This position is crucial to the success of the vACC as well as the reputation the vACC holds.

Reporting to the vACC Director, the vACC Deputy will also support the development of the training program for the vACC controllers, regardless of residency, as well as resources to allow our community to thrive.

Minimum Requirements:

1.  Applicants should be 18+ years old.
2.  Applicants must have an S3+ rating on VATSIM network.
3.  Applicants must be a member of the VATSIM network for at least 24 months prior to the application, with no disciplinary record on CERT.
4. Ability to provide at least 4-6 hours a week to the position duties.

A board meeting will be directed with the candidate on Jordan vACC Discord Server with the remainder of the vACC staff individuals.

Position Duties:

1. Support the vACC director in the day-to-day operations of the vACC
2. Covering the position in the event of the vACC director absence
3. Maintaining an active and engaging presence via email, support tickets, email and social media accounts
4. Supporting the open departments unless filled
5. Other tasks assigned by the director
