He can connect via Xpilot, but when trying the Dashboard, for example via Simbrief, nothing happens. No error message or anything... Neither has he received any Emails or changed something else. Alistair Thomson Posted January 6, 2022 at 07:59 PM Posted January 6, 2022 at 07:59 PM If he can connect to the VATSIM network using a pilot client, he should use the same login details to login to my.vatsim.net/login and if that doesn't work, he should submit a ticket to the Membership department. Simbrief is not involved in VATSIM logins, as far as I know.
