Usually, joining a new Discord server is very easy with invite links. However, it seems instead that only users authorized by this bot can get in. (This has probably been done to create linkage between a VATSIM account and a Discord account?) Understandable, but unfortunately, this added complexity is the cause of the failures right now. Somehow, that bot was flagged for acting spammy, and Discord have taken it out of service. I'm not sure what the process is to reinstate/republish a bot is. Would it be possible to invite users manually until this is fixed? Just in case it helps debugging, here's a video of my experience using the invite bot. You'll see the initial invite attempt by the bot is dependent on cookies being set. Otherwise, clicking the "Get Started" button does nothing. With over 200 new registrations a day, I don't think it's reasonable to go to a manual registration invitation process. I, and many others, hope Discord will resolve this issue for us soon.
