We are grateful for his contributions over the last years and look forward to continue the good work. We are beginning recruitment for a new VACC director. Responsibilities Director of Philippines VACC (ACCPHL1): Reviews, monitors, develops, and implements policies and activities to achieve optimum efficiency at the Philippines VACC Interacts with the divisional staff members and staff members from other VACCs to foster international cooperation and the exchange of ideas Manage progress of ongoing operations Holds and presides over staff meetings on a regular basis Collaborate with all staff members to review membership statistics consistently and ensure that each department is archiving sustainable membership growth Collaborate with training director to monitor and refine local training policy with goals of complying with the VATSIM Global Rating Policy and a balanced number of promotion Appoint staff members within Philippines VACC in accordance to this policy Requirements Minimum C1 rating Staff experience in VACCs Able to communicate in English and Tagalog preferred Dedicated and responsive within 3 working days Eugene Lee Division Director VATSIM South East Asia Member, VATASIA Regional Conflict Resolution Panel Supervisor / Instructor / Senior Controller Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
