It'll likely contain the solution. - If it's a membership matter (administrative suspension) read the e-mail to find out how to solve the issue. It may not even require any action. If it requires action, then open a ticket here to get your account up and running. - If it's a disciplinary matter (supervisor suspension) don't contact membership, they won't be able to help with that. You must wait for the suspension time to finish. Make sure you don't leave your computer unattended when you're connected. You can disconnect and reconnect at a later stage when you're back. marcus holmes Posted January 31, 2022 at 11:45 PM Posted January 31, 2022 at 11:45 PM (edited) There is a possibility that you tried to connect while the servers were down for the Velocity upgrade, or you did not update you pilot client for Velocity.
