Cannot install v3.0.6

Hi there,

I cannot install v3.0.6 somehow, prompting the following screen. I ran the installation file with Administrator. 

It says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Please help.
