The caveat is that Allen is a relatively rarely-used airport on VATSIM so it'd likely be covered only in top-down fashion -- i.e. when it's not staffed but either Fairbanks Approach or Anchorage Center is, the Tower duties at Allen will be "inherited" by the next facility up. For D66, as it's a non-towered field, you'd just operate on CTAF. On VATSIM you'd ignore the published 122.9 there as VATSIM's "universal" CTAF / UNICOM / General Advisories frequency is 122.8.
