Low update rate after the Velocity update

Hi, I didn't had the opportunity to fly for a long time. Now, for the first time after the Velocity update I turned on vPilot, updated it to the latest 3.2.1 version and decided to check out the new updated, but now it even worse then before the update. The update of the position happens once every 3-5 secs and it looks bad. I have good internet (90mbps download) so I don't think this is the problem. I use P3D v4.5 with vPilot. Please help!
