Logitech Radio panel stop working

Any ideas  radio panel working great now nothing.  all my other equipment works, Thrustmeter,  cockpit master Honeycomb.   

Usb makes the connecting sound when plugged in, Tried all my USB ports.  Settings says its hooked up, In the program file it has a test page 

when I click it the lights work.  Even got a new one from Logitech ( Its only a month Old) It doesnt work either
