This ticket system shall be used to speed up and streamline the current process for things such as: transfer requests, reporting any technical issues/bugs and any aids to do with ATC Training in the division. With this new Helpdesk, we aim to move away from the current emailing system we have been using in the past and help to achieve a goal of a smoother experience for current and future members of VATMENA.
