Renan Gomes 996903 Posted January 20, 2007 at 10:10 PM Posted January 20, 2007 at 10:10 PM Hi, I have FS2004 for some time, but only now I´ve decided to get into the Vatsim world. The point is, I´ve read everything I needed to, and felt it was the time to get in and listen to some comunications before my first flight, so I downloaded the SquawkBox3, installed it as it says in the turorial, but, when I start FS2004, then try to start the SB3, it doesn´t go on. I´ve configured the sound, and then tried to connect, put all my information, but on the "server", it should have a list for me to choose, but there´s no info at all. NO Server name. I´ve also download AVC and saw there are some server names there. I tried to copy one of them into the SB3 server box, but it didn´t connect. I says: "An error occured connecting to the Air Traffic Control Server. Valid name, no data record of request type"] I´m trying to connect to the brazilian server, but anyway, as I read in the tutorial, this server list should have all the server names, shouldn´t it? If not, what am I doing wrong? Thank a lot for your help!

Enter server IP address in the box e.g. 80.249.98.88 (see VATSIM site who's online -> servers) Once successfully connected the server-list should update automatically. / Lennart Vedin /
