If you do not pass the new member orientation test, there is a one hour waiting period before it is supposed to be automatically reassigned. The one hour time period in between is to allow you to review the new member orientation course material again, to better understand the information and give you a better chance at scoring well on the next attempt. This is mentioned in the training material as well as on the initial page when the exam comes up. However, I can see that for some reason it was not automatically reassigned to you.
