Suggest you contact Aerosoft support and ask them to help you. The new prefile system has been in place for a couple of years. https://my.vatsim.net/pilots/flightplan When you create a flight plan in PFPX you can copy this section from your PFPX Generated flight plan into the new perefile page there is a box to import ICAO flight plan. You need to copy that data from the PFPX flight plan you created, not the one I pasted.
