Hello Ross i downloaded the updated ai model concorde for P3D4 and 5 from this website https://mpai4fs.com/category/repaints/airlines/british-airways/

Then i scanned everything and only for the Concorde  it says '0 identified'

The general section in the aircraft.cfg looks right to me , doesnt it recognize "CONC" ?

 [General]
atc_type=Concorde
atc_id_enable=1
performance=For detailed specs visit www.concordesst.com
atc_model=CONC
editable=0
Category=airplane

Yeah, try changing that, it should recognize it as AFR is a valid ICAO airline code.
