The members on this committee will collectively participate in the following duties: - Drafting, revision and discussion of training procedures to better aide FIRs in their training programs - Updating the VATCAN training materials (Basic, Tower, Terminal, Center) - Updating the VATCAN Testing Center questions, as required - Participate and vote in VATCAN Training Department meetings and discussions Qualified Applicants should: - Be a member in good standing of VATSIM and the VATCAN Division - Be able to commit a minimum of 3 hours a week to Training-related duties - Be able to communicate with other members and the VATCAN Executive Committee as required in a quick, courteous manner NOTE: This is not an Instructor position (Meaning you will not be upgraded to INS if you serve on the committee), however Instructors and FIR staff are encouraged to apply.
