- [PLUGIN] Added VCCS Configuration 
 Discord will be used primarily for active coordination during heavy events, but VCCS can be used for non-event or regular day of coordination where not everyone is available on Discord and can easily coordinate with other Controllers using VCCS within the following positions;

VNKT_GND
VNKT_TWR
VNKT_APP
VNBW_GND
VNBW_TWR
VNBW_APP
VNSM_CTR
VNSM-E_CTR
VNSM-W_CTR

To help Controllers understand how to use this, I've created a video that will be distributed only to Approved Controllers.

Introduction to VCCS video will be only shared with Approved controllers!

[UPDATE Package Guide]
You can avoid having to reinstall the sector files by using the update package that is included with this sector file. Simply download the update package and replace it in your sector files folder if you have any previous versions of the sector files.

As of September 11, 2022, all controllers of the Nepal vACC should update their sector files as soon as possible.
