Registration Information: Just under 2 hours ago(at the time of writing), HZA started accepting pilot registrations for pilots to settle down and get ready for our first route addition on October 15th, 2022. We believe that allowing pilots to join before operation even starts can seriously help the pilots familiarize themselves with the company policies and our crew management system, vAMSYS. Our Routes: Throughout the day of October 15th, 2022, our system will roll out over 50 initial routes that could be flown by our pilots, including 8 Cross Atlantic flights. On October 22nd, we will roll out 20+ other flights to our network, further enhancing our route network. Events: Flight Sim wouldn't be fun without flying with others. We have 5 events planned out for the month of October, and these events includes VATSIM CTP, European Focus Airport Event, Hazel Cross(our own version of CTP and CTL, happening around one week after VATSIM CTP/CTL designed to bring pilots back to where they started their VATSIM CTP from), Airport Madness | KLAX, and Great America Trans-Continental(designed to bring pilots from west coast to boston to get ready for VATSIM CTP). All of our events will reward participating pilots with extra pirep points to help them achieve their next rank faster. Ranking Up: We have a pretty unique ranking up process: We go by flight hours and flight points. Each accepted flight PIREP will earn both flight hours and flight points, and a certain amount of both are required for ranking up. Our rank manual describes the requirement of the rank very clearly. What make us UNIQUE: Dispatch SYSTEM for Hoppies ACARS compatible addons - We have 4 type of TELEX message that will be sent Per flight, increasing the realism. Our Area Manager application is always open to eligible members In-house dispatch center software that is available to HZA members only and allows approved members of our community to act as dispatch personal working for HZA. This also uses Hoppie's ACARS to send Dispatch Messages.
