I recently became an S1/S2 trainee controller and I am allowed to perform a TWR/GND/DEL activity in a certain airport. You can get the ATIS through vPilots( pilots confirmed that double-clicking the callsign in vPilot will show my ATIS), and I can listen to the vATIS frequency to get voice ATIS information with no issue. However, no info would be shown in the controller info section (the one which you can look up using VATSpy or Volanta). This is what my controller info should look like (although I'm not from VATRUS): This "Controller Info" would remain empty no matter what I do. I thought this is due to my rating not being enough, it wasn't true because I asked other S1/S2 trainees and they use vATIS without any issue. This is causing a little bit of trouble since some pilots don't know that you can get ATIS by double-clicking the controller name. I have no idea how to fix this, and I'd love to know the workaround. This information can take some time to passed to all VATSIM servers and then be displayed to users.
