Ross Carlson Posted December 16, 2022 at 04:19 AM Posted December 16, 2022 at 04:19 AM vERAM 1.3.7 is now available for download from the website or via automatic update within the client. (Version 1.3.6 was only released as a small beta test.) This version reduces the chances of vERAM assigning a beacon code that was assigned to a flight that recently left your vis range. This version also adds a "Cleared" checkbox to the Flight Plan Editor. This is solely for your own purposes to help keep track of which aircraft have already received an IFR clearance. The state of that checkbox is NOT propagated to other controllers. TDM ground targets that have this checkbox checked will show a ^ after their callsign in their data block. You can also toggle the "cleared" state with "F9 C <TARGET>" where "<TARGET>" means you enter the callsign and press ENTER or middle-click the target. This was done to allow vERAM controllers a way to more easily keep track of who has received IFR clearance when they're working top down to the ground, once we turn on automatic beacon code assignments next week.
