The VATSIM Server box doesn't interact and shows nothing.  It's also saying that no speakers are detected upon launching XPilot. The CSM models can't download until 'XPilot is configured in settings', but I'm not sure what else to do. X-Plane 11 is running with a flight loaded.

I downloaded the X-Pilot  installation software again and re-ran it then the server list appeared with all my previously filled in details. Perhaps a new start od X-Pilot is enough?

I also closed X-Plane.
