Training Administrator (TA) for ZFW Needed

ZFW is hiring for a TA who will oversee all training operations of the Center. The Training Administrator is a vital position to the success of any Center, and ZFW is looking for the best!

 

The optimal candidate will possess the following qualities:

Background:

A clean disciplinary record is required for any staff position in ZFW.

 

Rating:

· A current Senior Instructor.

· A current Instructor with at least thirty days of experience.

 

Attributes:

· Self-motivated and well organized

· Mature and accountable

· Dedicated to the growth of the center and the network as a whole.

· Ability to generate thorough training programs through proper docomeentation, planning, and execution.

 

Job Duties:

Some of the duties can include and are not limited to:

· Oversee the Center Instructors and Mentors to ensure that all students are receiving the best instruction possible.

· Tracking Center promotions and Instructional staff hours and activity.

· Creating training programs and updating such programs to grow with the Center.

· Any other duties as [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned by the Air Traffic Manager.
