Since the calendar for this week hasn't yet been posted, I just thought I would take a moment to remind everyone that tonight is the West Coast Regional night. ZLA will be spotlighting KPSP (Palm Springs). Very fun airport!

Along with the shenanigans at PSP, our very own ZLA Mentor of the Year, with over 1800 hours of controlling time and 310 hours instructing new students during 2006, Eugene Zaporozhets, will be attempting his C3 OTS Exam at LAX_CTR.

The fun begins at 0200Z with the OTS starting one hour later at 0300Z. Hope to see you there!

I'll be there. That could be good or bad.

So happens that Eugene has just become VATSIM's newest Senior Controller. Thanks to everyone who flew tonight! He was a very busy man.

.......He was a very busy man.

You ain't just kiddin' he was busy. Finally, Aaron had mercy and came on as App and took off some of the pressure but till then, the man got tested....and ah dew mean TES-TED!

Eugene's really good at what he does but somebody's gotta have some more mercy and get that feller a better microphone.
