Hello,

I've been trying to transfer my self to the LAX airport..

 

But everytime i try to login / change p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word / lost p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word..

 

It goes thru but the p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]words don't work... I get VATUSA user update failed.

 

Then when i tryed to go into the training area of VATUSA.. (Academy)

 

I get "VATUSA Membership record for ID 952559 not found"

 

My vatsim ID is 952559 I'm Student 1 and i'm listed under the ZID ARTCC Roster on VATUSA website..

 

How do i fix this?

Well I'm not the person to address your problem (that'd be the membership dept I'd think), but I think its safe to say that if you're listed on ZID's roster then you're not going to be able to log into the VATUSA Academy site.

Only students enrolled in the Academy can login to the Academy. As an S1 at ZID you are receiving your training at ZID. I [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume that you meant that you want to transfer to the ZLA ARTCC. If you have been at ZID for at least 90 days you can use the ARTCC Transfer Request Form found at the main VATUSA website under ARTCC Information. You must use your VATSIM CID and VATUSA p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word.
