Salamat my dear friends @ VATAME,

VATJO has been very active lately, and we are current open (and receiving!) ATC applications. Though we are not (YET) an official division, we continually provide reliable and safe ATC services over the OJAC airspace.

Below is a news update from our website. To keep in tune with all current updates, please visit www.vatjo.net .

March 29, 2007

SERVINFO UPDATE AVAILABLE

The VATSIM Jordanian vACC has officially released their awaited ServInfo update which will change OJAI_APP and OJAM_APP to the new position: AMM_APP.

To download this update, please visit the Pilots section.

To download this update, visit http://vatjo.net/DOWNLOADS/VATJO-Update-ServInfo.zip . Instructions are included with the zip file for installation.

Excellent work Mahmoud and I wish you guys the best.

A couple of issues on your Servinfo update is that you should really give better instructions on how the user should edit their own files to add in these additions since many users may have already made ammendments and your files will overwrite these. In addition, by including full files you run the risk of copyright infringment. Even though Servinfo is a freeware programme its author has stated that the files cannot be repackaged.

I look forward to a revised zip which will enable those of us with ammended Servinfo files the opportunity to see your airspace in use!

Thank you so much sir for bringing this to my attention. I will do the necessary edits and include them, instead, as a 'how to' instead of a repackage. Once again sir, thanks for the information. I appreciate it.
