Matthew Dorahy Posted April 1, 2007 at 05:09 AM Posted April 1, 2007 at 05:09 AM Thanks again for a great product I tried to add a regularly flown route Sydney to Tokyo (YSSY-RJAA) but it failed. The route was: DCT SY H202 RIC H76 NBR H78 HM G205 JUNIE A337 ADKAK OTR20 CVC DCT NRE DCT Many of the airways were not recognised and it failed verification. Surprisingly airways H202 and H76 were not recognised, "Unknown airway H202". These are very old airways, have been in NAVDATA for many a year and are in the standard routes for many acft out of Sydney for Asia. One to check out when the opportunity arises. many thanks Matt
Michal Rok Posted April 1, 2007 at 05:38 AM Posted April 1, 2007 at 05:38 AM The only H202 that I can find in AIRAC 0608 goes from SY to RICNB to BOYSY to MISIT to MDG to WLG. I can't see RIC there. My PMDG FMC with navdata 0608 lists H202 as: H202 001 WLG -30.028650 148.128411 H202 002 MDG -32.560928 149.593689 H202 003 MISIT -32.597222 149.634444 H202 004 BOYSY -33.401389 150.550000 H202 005 RICNB -33.596931 150.776397 H202 006 SY -33.942778 151.180833 No RIC there either. The error message is I admit misleading, in this case it should rather say "unknown airway H202 that would take me from SY to RIC". Matthew Dorahy Posted April 1, 2007 at 05:49 AM Author Posted April 1, 2007 at 05:49 AM Thanks for the swift reply. I don't have the 0801 data only the 0701 which shows. H202 001 SY -33.942778 151.180556 H202 002 RIC -33.596944 150.776389 H202 003 BOYSY -33.401667 150.550000 H202 004 MISIT -32.597222 149.634444 H202 005 MDG -32.560833 149.593611 H202 006 WLG -30.030278 148.127222 Not to worry. Must be a one off with the navdata. thanks again Matt

Michal Rok Posted April 1, 2007 at 05:59 AM Posted April 1, 2007 at 05:59 AM Yep, that's your imagination . I just did a copy&paste. vroute uses the latest freeware cycle 0608. Even if I loaded up the 0701, then people with 0608 FMCs would not be able to fly the route. Since 0608 is the latest freeware, I consider it to be the standard for VATSIM.
