Peter Salzano 814188 Posted February 11, 2005 at 10:21 PM Posted February 11, 2005 at 10:21 PM I've had no problems with AVC until today, heres the deal, I load it and it locks up my entire system even IE wont load all the way, the only way to reboot is with the reset button, avc.exe sits in the task mgr, I try to end process on it but that does nothing
Lennart Vedin Posted February 12, 2005 at 01:10 AM Posted February 12, 2005 at 01:10 AM 'Cause suddenly today, it could be a server not responding. Peter Salzano 814188 Posted February 12, 2005 at 04:14 AM Author Posted February 12, 2005 at 04:14 AM I dont use AVC tuner, it seems to be the program in general, I dont have to try and use it for it to hang, I'll play around with the server options and see what happens.. well either its starting to work or switching servers worked, by having zone alarm ask for permission each time it loads it gave me the chance to switch servers before it tried to communicate, I swithed to USA S-3 instead of S-1 and its working
