The frequencies were congested and sometimes, we had to wait to get a word in but overall, the event was a smashing success. There were numerous controllers that were top notch but I would like to single out one particular chap, Kevin Hansen, who kept a stiff upper lip in the face of an onslaught of GA at his lonely Santa Monica airport. Kudos for a job well done and keeping the aluminum seperated! Here are a few shots I took during the course of the day's flying: Holding short at KSAN for departing bizjet: Enroute--the TCAS is packed! Mixing it up with Learjets in closed traffic at KSMO: Putting the bird to bed (but someone else is just starting up ) Thanks again to everyone that participated. I saved my last landing as a tribute to Don. "The clueless newb of today is the seasoned loyal pilot of tomorrow." -Elchitz
