Kirk Christie Posted May 27, 2007 at 12:40 PM Posted May 27, 2007 at 12:40 PM Thanks to the ATC on Saturday the 26th of May 0400Z UTC, SEGU CTR and SEQU APP, I had a fantastic time flying in a new FIR, and what a awesome Approach on to 34 SEQU. I must admit I was a little worried when I tuned to CTR frequency and you were not speaking English I'm not sure as to how many Aussie pilots made the Around the rim event leg 7 from MMAA to SEQU, I know a few people were supposed to make it, and some were online with me but they were having FS issues. I was on Guayaquil Center that day and Miguel Moreno on Quito Approach, you make a perfect descent 4 for ILS rwy 35, congrats, is no easy. Of course we talk english, no perfectly but we do our best. We will be waiting for you and other pilots from your VA in your flight to Santiago Chile.
