Kyle Ramsey 810181 Posted June 4, 2007 at 03:15 AM Posted June 4, 2007 at 03:15 AM (edited) After a half year of service to ZHU, Bruno Pinto, the ZHU Deputy Air Traffic Manager, will be stepping down as DATM due to real world time constraints. Bruno has been an amazing DATM and has helped me tremendously as the ATM for Houston. His hard work and countless hours have had an enormous impact on the quality of the facility. He does plan to hang around Houston and control as he has time so thankfully we are not loosing him altogether, nonetheless, his service is appreciated and will be missed. ZHU ARTCC is seeking a Deputy Air Traffic Manager (DATM). The DATM is second in command of the center and serves as the primary administrator of all support staff functions to the facility. A monthly report is required that will consist of time online statistics compilation of select control positions, summation of iron mic standings for the month, approximate traffic count, and a staff duty summary of the support functions staffed as well as those tasks accomplished within unmanned billets. Additional duties will include crew [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ignments and certain personnel actions to include primary activeness monitor. Applicants are encouraged to submit a brief resume to the ZHU/ATM no later than 10 Jun 07. Selection will be announced 12 Jun via standard outlets. v/r _______________________________ JUSTIN R.
