Gousset Gabriel 945709 Posted June 5, 2007 at 05:18 PM Posted June 5, 2007 at 05:18 PM Hello, I recently submitted a route between DTTA and LFML and although this route was declared "NO ERRORS" by the CFMU/EUROCONTROL ( http://www.cfmu.eurocontrol.int/chmi_public/ciahome.jsp ), VRoute didn't accept it. The proposed route was : TOBIB UM733 CAR UM732 ALG UM731 TINOT and after checking, VRoute told me : "ERROR: Unknown airway/waypoint UM733". Can you tell me why i got this surprising anwser ? I thank you Regards,
Ian Elchitz 810151 Posted June 5, 2007 at 06:02 PM Posted June 5, 2007 at 06:02 PM TOBIB is not a valid waypoint on UM733. Try it from TANIT. Ian Elchitz Just a guy without any fancy titles
Gousset Gabriel 945709 Posted June 5, 2007 at 06:55 PM Author Posted June 5, 2007 at 06:55 PM Thank you very much for this quick answer ! Yes, what you suggest is accepted by VRoute but how do you explain that TOBIB was accepted by Eurocontrol as a point of UM733 ? Thanks again,
Xavier Van Nieuwenhuyse 81 Posted June 5, 2007 at 08:08 PM Posted June 5, 2007 at 08:08 PM how do you explain that TOBIB was accepted by Eurocontrol as a point of UM733 ? It was not accepted by vroute, because vroute probably does not use the latest AIRAC Xavier Van Nieuwenhuyse
