Hello All,

 

I have done the WHOLE SET UP and everything is set. now when i fly everything is running good sb relay n etc but then maybe 10-15 min into the flight my SB RELAY LOCKS UP like i mean i can't type or recieve any notes thru the FS CHATBOX only thru the SB HOST BOX,i can't see traffic like planes in the game if there are any or not, i see PILOT NAMES in the CHATBOX. there not close to me at all.

Is there anything i messed up on the setup? or what please help.

Suggests:

Subject 4. Squawkbox "SB Host.exe".

Subject 5. Anti-virus.

I had a similar problem, it was caused by Win XP SP2. Uninstalling going back to SP1 solved the problem completely.

Well she's still giving me probs i guess i got to wait for SB3 to come out it might solve this prob i hope

Couple of things to try.

 

Disable the XPfirewall.

Change the port FS uses, some say that works for them due to a conflict with SB Relay.

If you behind a router, try direct connect and see if that works.

Yes one more, if router with UPnP, then make sure router is set "UPnP disable".
