Desired Qualifications: * Applicants should hold a C1 rating or higher * VATSIM Instructor/Mentor experience helpful but not required * Some management experience and/or training helpful but not required * No disciplinary record in VATSIM * History of good activity on the network * Team player Duties will include: * Reports to the region's Air Traffic Director and oversees operations and management for [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned ARTCC * Maintains an on line presence on the VATSIM server * Functions as VATUSA HQ staff member attending periodic meetings as required * Maintains, supervises and develops ARTCC web presence * Initiates and maintains ARTCC Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with VATSIM policy * Nominates a Training Administrator as defined by VATUSA. Submits selection to the region Air Traffic Director for final approval and announcement * Nominates a Deputy ATM and defines the duties of that position.
