Not sure what you mean. If you are talking about where the Localizer freq is, then it would be at the other end of the runway on the map cause it is there in RL. If not well then you seem to have found an error. I don't get runway numbers on the map incorrectly. Just Localizer approaches that don't have the Localizer approach there at all.
